Account Deletion
In the app
Open Profile, choose Delete account, sign in again to confirm your identity, and confirm the request. Access and sharing stop immediately. You can cancel deletion by signing in again within 14 days. After that period, the account and associated data are permanently deleted.
Without the app
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from the email address associated with your pictrigger account. Do not include photos, videos, child names, or other sensitive content.
Data covered
Deletion covers your account, child profiles, photos, videos, notes, comments, reactions, invite and sharing information, support-related records tied to the account, and other app data associated with the account.
Subscriptions and retained data
Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions through the store where you purchased them. We do not retain account content after deletion, except where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, billing, troubleshooting, or legal obligations.
