Terms of Service

1. 適用

本規約は、Beyond Triggerが提供するpictriggerの利用に適用されます。利用者は、本規約および適用される法令に従ってサービスを利用するものとします。

2. サービス概要

pictriggerは、写真・動画による子どもの成長記録、テーマの提案、比較・振り返り、招待制の家族共有等を提供します。提供機能は、利用環境、地域、プランまたは公開時期により異なる場合があります。

3. アカウント

利用者は、正確な情報を登録し、認証情報を適切に管理する責任を負います。第三者による不正利用が疑われる場合は、速やかにお問い合わせください。

4. 未成年者の利用

未成年者が自身のアカウントで利用する場合、居住地域の法令に従い、必要に応じて保護者の同意を得るものとします。子どもの情報を記録する利用者は、その情報を取り扱う正当な権限を有する必要があります。

5. ユーザーコンテンツ

写真、動画、メモ等の権利は、利用者または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者は、サービスの保存、同期、表示、共有等に必要な範囲で、当社がユーザーコンテンツを処理することを許諾します。第三者の権利を侵害するコンテンツを登録してはなりません。

6. 禁止事項

• 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
• 他人へのなりすまし、不正アクセス、認証情報や招待情報の不正利用
• 他者のプライバシー、著作権その他の権利を侵害する行為
• サービスの運営を妨害し、過度な負荷をかけ、または脆弱性を探索・悪用する行為
• 当社が不適切と合理的に判断するその他の行為

7. サービスの変更・停止

保守、障害、安全上の対応、法令変更その他必要な場合、サービスの全部または一部を変更・停止することがあります。重要な変更については、合理的な方法でお知らせします。

8. アカウント停止

本規約への重大な違反、不正利用、安全上の必要性等がある場合、事前の通知なく利用制限またはアカウント停止を行うことがあります。可能な場合は、理由と対応方法を案内します。

9. 免責

pictriggerは現状有姿で提供され、特定目的への適合性、継続性、完全性を保証するものではありません。当社の合理的な管理を超える通信障害、端末故障、外部サービスの停止等による影響について、法令上認められる範囲で責任を負いません。

10. 責任の制限

当社が責任を負う場合でも、故意または重過失がある場合その他法令で制限が認められない場合を除き、その責任は通常かつ直接の損害に限られます。消費者契約法その他の強行法規が適用される場合は、その定めが優先します。

11. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関する紛争については、法令で別途認められる場合を除き、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

1. Application

These Terms apply to pictrigger, provided by Beyond Trigger. Users must use the service in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

2. Service overview

pictrigger provides child growth records through photos and videos, theme suggestions, comparison and revisit features, and invite-only family sharing. Features may vary by device, region, plan, or release timing.

3. Accounts

Users are responsible for providing accurate information and protecting their credentials. Please contact us promptly if unauthorized access is suspected.

4. Use by minors

Minors using their own account must obtain parental consent where required by local law. Anyone recording information about a child must have lawful authority to handle that information.

5. User content

Rights in photos, videos, and notes remain with the user or lawful rights holder. Users permit us to process that content only as needed to store, synchronize, display, and share it through the service. Users must not upload content that infringes another person’s rights.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Violating law or public order
• Impersonation, unauthorized access, or misuse of credentials or invitations
• Infringing privacy, copyright, or other rights
• Disrupting the service, imposing excessive load, or probing or exploiting vulnerabilities
• Other conduct we reasonably determine to be inappropriate

7. Changes and suspension

We may change or suspend all or part of the service for maintenance, outages, safety, legal changes, or other necessary reasons. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

8. Account suspension

We may restrict use or suspend an account for a material breach, misuse, or a safety need, including without advance notice where necessary. We will explain available next steps where practical.

9. Disclaimer

pictrigger is provided as available and we do not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or completeness. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for events outside our reasonable control, such as network failures, device failures, or third-party service outages.

10. Limitation of liability

Where we are liable, our liability is limited to ordinary and direct loss except in cases of willful misconduct, gross negligence, or where limitation is not permitted by law. Mandatory consumer law takes priority.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
